Tellusgruppen publishes a quality report for the preschool (Tellusbarn) and elementary school (Tellusskolan) segments. Thanks to a well-organized and competent organization and dedicated employees, the Group delivers very strong operating results despite high growth and several acquisitions.
“I am incredibly proud of our excellent operations and our employees’ performance,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen. “Our new publication transparently highlights our strengths, as well as the areas where we can improve. The report serves as a valuable complement to our financial reports, which, for obvious reasons, focus more on profitability and growth.”

Tellusgruppen is a fast-growing company with an annual growth target of 30 percent. For a fast-growing company, it is important that quality does not take a back seat to growth.
“The results in the quality report show that our operations are of high quality and characterized by a spirit of development and improvement,” says Bijan Fahimi. “We are proud of what we have achieved, but we are not satisfied—and we never should be. Everything can be improved and developed. This should be a cornerstone of our corporate culture.”
One of the key factors behind these results is strong leadership.
“We have a clear direction when it comes to leadership,” says Bijan Fahimi. “Among leadership positions at both schools and preschools, our staff turnover rate is just 6 percent, and a large proportion of our leaders are hired from within the organization.”
Quality assurance efforts at Tellusbarn and Tellusskolan are, of course, carried out at all times with the best interests of the children and students in mind. Each unit within both organizations is evaluated based on national standards and in the same way as all other schools in Sweden, including both municipal and independent schools.
“The purpose of systematic quality assurance is to highlight the quality of our education and to achieve equivalence,” says Bijan Fahimi. “We do this by planning, analyzing, and continuously developing the content of our education based on where we stand today.”
