Twice a year, anonymous employee surveys are conducted among Tellus Group employees. The results are discussed and analyzed at both the unit and Group levels and contribute to the organization’s efforts to develop the Tellus Group’s operations. The strength of this approach lies in its regularity and long-term focus.
