Tellusgruppen is launching Kentaur

In the spring of 2026, Tellusbarn will replace its existing external platforms with Kentaur, tellusgruppen's —its own in-house AI solution for education.

Kentaur is the result of several years of development work at Omnipro and is designed to streamline planning, administration, and educational documentation in preschool. The platform is based on modern AI technology and was developed in close collaboration with educators, school administrators, and researchers.

“We want to provide our employees with the best digital tools so they can focus on what matters most—the children and their learning,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen.

Kentaur will be gradually implemented in all Tellusbarn preschools during the spring semester. After that, the platform will be gradually introduced in schools and other programs within Tellusgruppen.

The development of Kentaur is part of tellusgruppen's ’s long-term strategy to combine educational quality with technological innovation. By owning and developing the digital infrastructure in-house, Tellusgruppen strengthens its margins, increases scalability within the group, and lays the groundwork for future licensing of the platform to external players in the education sector.
