Tellusgruppen continued to grow during the second quarter of 2026. Revenue increased by 10.4 percent to 150.2 MSEK, while the Group completed a strategic acquisition in Danderyd and began implementing its proprietary platform, Kentaur.

Of the quarter’s growth, 6.4 percent was organic and 4.0 percent was acquisition-driven. EBITDA amounted to SEK 23.9 million, corresponding to a margin of 15.9 percent.

“We are continuing to grow organically, making strategic acquisitions, and at the same time taking important steps in the development of our own technology platform. Together, these efforts create a strong foundation for continued profitable growth,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group.

Acquisition Strengthens Operations in the Stockholm Region

In May, Tellusgruppen ntered Danderyds Enskilda Skola, which consists of the elementary school Elevverket and the preschool Småbarnsskolan. These institutions generated approximately 30 MSEK in revenue during the 2024/2025 fiscal year.

The acquisition strengthens the Tellus Group’s core operations in preschool and elementary school and establishes an even stronger presence in the Stockholm region. These operations contributed to growth during the quarter, while the full financial impact is expected in future periods. The acquisition was financed with the company’s own cash and cash equivalents.

Kentaur begins to be used in operations

During the quarter, the Tellus Group began implementing its proprietary platform, Kentaur , in the Group’s preschools. This marks the transition of the platform from the development and testing phase to practical use in the Group’s operations.

Kentaur will gradually consolidate, among other things, communication with guardians, administration, educational documentation, and quality assurance into a single system and replace several external systems.

The implementation is an important step in the Tellus Group’s long-term digitalization efforts, and the goal is for the rollout to continue during the second half of 2026.

Greater financial flexibility

Tellusgruppen also carried out a refinancing in June. The credit line was increased from 24 MSEK to 30 MSEK, with the option to add another 5 MSEK, while the interest rate on the credit line was lowered by 1.5 percentage points.

The new financing gives the Group greater financial flexibility to continue making investments and value-creating acquisitions.

Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK 41.1 million during the quarter, and net debt relative to adjusted EBITDA, excluding IFRS 16, stood at 0.5x at the end of the period.
