Tellusgruppen terminates the ongoing rights offering

Tellusgruppen AB (publ) (“Tellusgruppen” or “the Company”) has assessed the conditions for carrying out a rights offering, consisting of shares and Series TO2 warrants, as resolved by the Board of Directors on January 25, 2024 (“the Rights Offering”). The Board of Directors has today decided to suspend the ongoing Rights Offering due to unfavorable market conditions.

In accordance with the terms of the information memorandum published by the Company on January 26, 2024, all subscriptions received will be disregarded, and any subscription proceeds paid will be refunded.

On February 14, 2024, the Annual General Meeting approved the Board of Directors’ resolution of January 25, 2024, to carry out a private placement of 1,427,594 Series TO2 warrants to the Company, which will then transfer these to shareholders free of charge in proportion to the number of shares held as of the record date February 20, 2024 (“the TO Issuance”). The TO Issuance will be carried out as planned.
