Tellusgruppen is conducting a public offering between January 29 and February 16 with the aim of broadening the shareholder base, increasing the company’s liquidity, and raising capital to support future investments.

“ Tellusgruppen is a well-managed, growth-oriented company in a defensive industry. We are protected against economic downturns, inflation, and high interest rates, and we have a stable business. At the same time, the company is growth-oriented, driven by high growth and our focus on new business segments,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen.

Listen to CEO Bijan Fahimi tell you more about the offer.

Excerpt from the film – Bijan Fahimi says:

“We are aggressive in a defensive industry. The company has more than tripled its revenue in five years, expanding from a single segment—preschool—into new areas: elementary school, native language instruction, and childcare. At the same time, the industry is stable in the sense that it is defensive. The company is less affected by economic fluctuations during tough times when inflation rises and demand falls, and demand for schools and preschools remains stable over time.”

Purpose of the offering:

“The primary purpose of the offering is to raise awareness of and interest in the company, attract new investors, and broaden the shareholder base. This, in turn, will hopefully lead to greater liquidity in the stock and the infusion of new capital.”

"If the offering raises a significant amount of capital, there is an opportunity to use it to finance new acquisitions. Existing shareholders will have the opportunity to offset the dilution resulting from the offering by being offered warrants."

Why You Should Participate:

“Tellusgruppen is a well-managed, growth-oriented company in a defensive industry. We are protected against economic downturns, inflation, and high interest rates, and we have a stable business. At the same time, the company is growth-oriented thanks to its high growth rate and its entry into new segments.”

Potential risks:

“As an investor, one should of course take into account that there is political risk in the industry. I believe this risk is overstated. Independent schools are a topic of debate in every election, but the same risk may exist in other industries as well. I believe that the decisions we will eventually see from the current government will, in some respects, be positive for the industry. In the long term, I believe that municipalities need us. Independent schools are more efficient and flexible, which is necessary for the development of schools and child care.”
