Employees at Tellus Group companies enjoy working with their colleagues and are proud of their workplace. This is evident from the employee survey conducted in the fall of 2022. The employees who responded to the survey work at Tellus Group’s elementary schools, preschools, and at the parent company.

“I’m very pleased with the results,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group. “It shows that our employees enjoy working with each other, but also appreciate us as an employer.” Of course, there are always areas that need improvement and further attention, which is why it’s important that we continue the development efforts we’ve been working hard on throughout the year. This is necessary to create an even better work environment for our employees, which ultimately leads to better schools and preschools for the children and students who attend our programs.”

Over the past year, Tellusgruppen has focused, among other things, on clarifying its offerings to parents, children, and students, including by strengthening the profiles of the company’s preschools and the brands of its elementary schools.

The survey shows that Tellus Group employees feel that their work is fulfilling, that they are treated with respect by their managers and colleagues, and that they look forward to coming to work.

The survey addressed issues such as work organization, workload and demands, leadership, and health and safety.

The response rate was 73 percent.
