Announcement of Results for the Exercise of Series TO1 Warrants

Tellusgruppen AB (publ) (“Tellusgruppen” or “the Company”) today announces the results of the exercise of Series TO1 warrants (“the Warrants”), which were issued in connection with the Company’s listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the second quarter of 2021. A total of 0 (zero) Series TO1 warrants were exercised. This outcome is in line with the Company’s expectations, as the share price was significantly lower than the exercise price for TO1 during the exercise period.

The subscription period for exercising the Warrants ran from May 9, 2022, through May 23, 2022. The subscription price per share upon exercise of the Warrants was SEK 10.40. A total of 0 (zero) Warrants were exercised. The share capital and the number of shares therefore remain unaffected as a result of this. The Company has not included a capital contribution from the exercise of the Warrants in its cash flow statement.
