Tellusgruppen has appointed Elnaz Madani as Legal & Regulatory Lead and a member of Group Management. This appointment is an important step in the company’s continued development and strengthens the Group’s legal expertise as it embarks on its continued growth journey and pursues future acquisitions.

As Tellusgruppen has grown, so too has the need to build and develop legal expertise internally. Establishing an in-house legal function creates better conditions for providing proactive support to the business, ensuring effective corporate governance, and maintaining a strong focus on compliance.

This recruitment is also part of tellusgruppen's ’s ambition to accelerate its strategic M&A efforts. With a dedicated Legal & Regulatory Lead, the Group is strengthening its ability to execute acquisitions, manage transaction processes, and ensure the effective integration of new businesses.

Elnaz Madani has a broad legal background with particular experience in administrative law, compliance, and process optimization. She previously served as a law clerk at the Administrative Court in Stockholm, worked in tax law at an accounting firm, and subsequently held leadership roles in compliance and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) at several financial institutions. She holds a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Stockholm University.

Elnaz Madani has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tellusgruppen since 2012 and Vice Chair since 2025. She will remain a member of the Board while assuming the role of Legal & Regulatory Lead on August 10, 2026.
