Tellusgruppen has refinanced its existing credit facility, resulting in both lower financing costs and increased access to capital for future investments and acquisitions.

Under the new financing arrangement, the credit line is being increased from 26 MSEK to 30 MSEK, while the company also has the option to access an additional 5 MSEK if needed. At the same time, the interest rate is being reduced from 11 percent to 9.5 percent, which will help lower ongoing financing costs.

The refinancing is an important step in Tellusgruppen's ’s efforts to strengthen the Group’s financial position and lay the groundwork for continued growth.

Greater flexibility for future growth

With improved terms and greater financial flexibility, Tellusgruppen will have more leeway to invest in its operations, implement strategic initiatives, and evaluate future acquisition opportunities.

The new financing arrangement runs through May 31, 2029, and provides the company with a stable, long-term financing platform.

“Through this refinancing, we are reducing our financing costs while strengthening our financial flexibility. The increased financing capacity improves our ability to carry out future acquisitions and continue to develop the Group in line with our growth strategy,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen.

A Stronger Foundation for Continued Expansion

In recent years, Tellusgruppen has focused on improving profitability, reducing debt, and building a stronger financial structure. The refinancing is another step in this effort and strengthens the Group’s ability to continue growing in a long-term and sustainable manner.
