Analyst Group comments on Tellusgruppen's 's new framework agreement for Vikariepoolen

Analyst Group has commented on Tellusgruppen's two new municipal framework agreements for its subsidiary Vikariepoolen. The agreements cover staffing services for kitchen and meal services in the municipalities of Tyresö and Österåker, respectively.
In Tyresö, Vikariepoolen has been ranked first in the municipality’s framework agreement for temporary kitchen staff services, while the company has been awarded the role of sole provider in Österåker. The agreements will initially run for two years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, and have a combined estimated annual volume of approximately 1.2 MSEK.
Analyst Group assesses that the financial impact is limited relative to Tellusgruppen's ’s total revenue base and that the agreements therefore do not warrant any revision of estimates. At the same time, Analyst Group highlights that the agreements are significant for Vikariepoolen as a standalone business, where the estimated annual volume corresponds to a potential increase of approximately 10 percent compared to revenue in 2025.
Analyst Group also views the contracts as clear evidence of Vikariepoolen’s competitiveness in public procurement. Particular emphasis is placed on the company’s favorable ranking in both municipalities, with first place in Tyresö and its role as the sole provider in Österåker.
The agreements are also strategically significant because they reinforce Vikariepoolen’s expansion from educational staffing to kitchen and meal service staffing. This area aligns closely with Tellusgruppen's ’s broader service offering at Tellusservice, where meal services, property management, and janitorial services are provided to municipal clients, among others.
In summary, Analyst Group believes that the new framework agreements strengthen Vikariepoolen’s position as an established provider in the public sector staffing market and confirm that kitchen and food service staffing remains a growth area.
