Tellusgruppen joins Danderyds Enskilda skola AB

Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) has, through its subsidiary Tellusskolan AB, today acquired all shares in Danderyds Enskilda skola AB, in accordance with the agreement announced on March 26, 2026. All conditions for the transaction have been met, including the customary approval from the Inspectorate for Strategic Products (ISP).

The acquisition includes the Elevverket and Småbarnsskolan operations in Danderyd. Effective as of the closing date, these operations will be consolidated into Tellusgruppen and integrated into the “ Tellusskolan ” and “ Tellusbarn ” segments, respectively.

Danderyds Enskilda skola AB's revenue of approximately 30 MSEK during the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The acquisition was financed using ’s existing cash and cash equivalents.
