Tellusgruppen announced the preliminary results for October 2025 in connection with the start of the exercise period for warrants in December. Revenue totaled 45 MSEK, compared with 41 MSEK in the same period last year, representing growth of 9.3 percent. At the same time, EBITDA improved to 0.2 MSEK, a clear improvement compared with a loss of 1.7 MSEK the previous year.

Analyst Group assesses that Tellusgruppen continues to show steady operational improvement. The preliminary results for October confirm the Group’s positive trend in both growth and profitability, despite a market that remains challenging. The EBITDA margin of 7.2 percent LTM exceeds the financial target and reflects the impact of both efficiency initiatives and improved utilization rates in the preschool and elementary school operations.

The fourth quarter tends to be seasonally weaker in terms of profitability. This is partly because new wage agreements take effect in September, while the adjustment to the school voucher takes place only at the turn of the year. Despite this, October’s results show a clear improvement of approximately 1.9 MSEK compared to the same period last year, underscoring the long-term improvement in profitability.

Tellusgruppen Currently has one outstanding Series TO3 warrant, with an exercise period through December 15, 2025. If fully exercised, the Group could raise up to approximately SEK 13.8 million before issuance costs, which would enable continued investments in existing school units and create room for potential acquisitions.

On an LTM basis, revenue totaled approximately 512 MSEK, representing growth of 7.4 percent. EBITDA amounted to 37 MSEK, with an EBITDA margin of 7.2 percent, reflecting solid performance during the year.

Analyst Group concludes that Tellusgruppen has delivered strong preliminary results for October, which clearly confirm the positive operational trend. Growth of 9.3 percent and the improved EBITDA result show that efficiency initiatives and increased occupancy continue to have a positive impact. With stable growth, efficient operations, and strong cash flows, the Tellus Group’s position for future acquisitions and the continued development of the Group’s training operations is strengthened.
