Three of the Tellus Group's principals graduated

Last Friday, principals Jurate Wetterberg, Helena Hansson, and Anders Noebe completed their training in the state-run principal training program at Stockholm University. Jurate is the principal of the Torget preschool in Rinkeby and the Paletten preschool in Husby; Helena is the principal of the Symfonin preschool in Sköndal, the Tallkrogen preschool in Enskede, and the Uppffinaren preschool in Blåsut; and Anders is the principal of the Tellusskolan Thea middle school (grades 7–9) in Linköping. Tellusgruppen would like to congratulate Jurate, Helena, and Anders, and thank them for their dedication and educational leadership for students and teachers in the schools.

The principal training program takes place alongside the regular duties of a school principal. The program combines coursework with lectures and peer learning alongside other principals from different schools.

-We are proud that Jurate Wetterberg, Helena Hansson, and Anders Nobel have now received their principal’s pins and completed the Principal’s Program—a three-year training program that provides both in-depth knowledge and new perspectives on leadership in schools and preschools and the important role of the principal.

Through the program, they have strengthened their educational leadership with tools to drive instructional development and improve the quality of learning; deepened their knowledge of governance and law to better understand school regulations and create safe, legally compliant environments for both students and staff, and developed their strategic leadership to lead organizations over the long term with a focus on both results and the work environment

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our three principals, who are now ready to continue developing our organization with even greater expertise and dedication. Their journey is a testament to their courage, curiosity, and strong commitment to creating the best possible conditions for children, students, and staff alike.
