Tellusgruppen has entered into an agreement with Bizcap for a loan of 24 MSEK and the purchase of accounts receivable. The agreement provides the company with greater liquidity and increased flexibility.

9.5 MSEK will be used directly to repay existing loans, which means that interest expenses will not increase by the same amount. The loan matures in September 2026 at an interest rate of 10–13 percent.

The new financing paves the way for continued expansion through strategic acquisitions and enables the payment of an additional purchase price related to the acquisition of Omniglot.

“This financing strengthens Tellusgruppen's ’s financial flexibility and gives us greater room to maneuver going forward, while also laying the groundwork for continued expansion through strategic acquisitions,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen.
