The Nomination Committee announces supplementary proposals for the election of the Board of Directors ahead of the Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee of Tellusgruppen published its proposal on May 13, 2024. The Nomination Committee has since determined that it is appropriate to propose an additional member to the Tellus Group’s Board of Directors, and is therefore issuing a supplementary statement.
Board Composition
It is proposed that the Board of Directors consist of seven (7) members.
Board of Directors
In addition to the previous proposals for reelection and new elections, it is proposed that the following person also be elected as a new member of the Board:
- Louise Furness
The Nomination Committee’s proposal thus entails the reelection of Luca Di Stefano, Thomas Gür, Elnaz Madani, Narges Moshiri, and Caj Perrin; the election of Malin Appelgren and Louise Furness; and the reelection of Thomas Gür as Chairman of the Board.
