Today, Monday, January 29, marks the start of the subscription period for units in Tellusgruppen AB (publ) (“Tellusgruppen” or “the Company”) as part of a public offering of units totaling approximately SEK 7.5 million (“the Offering”). The subscription period runs through Friday, February 16, 2024.

Notification of the intention to subscribe for units in the Offering must be made by:

  • Electronic subscription using BankID on Mangold's website, www.mangold.se.
  • Customers of Nordnet Bank AB (“Nordnet”) may apply for the Offer to subscribe for units directly through Nordnet’s online service. Additional information is available on Nordnet’s website, www.nordnet.se.
